His Uncle Roger act is basically a yellowface caricature whining about how White people don't correctly prepare dogmeat fried in sewer oil over rice seasoned with MSG. I wouldn't doubt his cooking prowess is as make-believe as the accent. It kinda reminds me of the old fuck from Jackie Chan Adventures.
